Standard Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2 to 8 working days, final delivery date is subjected to actual situation. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes and we do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD).

Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, Huber Holding Hong Kong Limited liability will be limited to refund the payment received ONLY. You will be informed by email and instructed on the refund procedures.

Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund will only be made available if the conditions set out herein are met and if they are communicated to us by Email or Phone within 10 days (including weekends) after products are received.

  • Defects – if the delivered products have obvious material or production defects, including damage caused by transport.
  • Incorrect/ Missing Items – We’re sorry you received a faulty parcel. Please contact us immediately so we could either resend the missing item or process refund for you. Please note that any faulty items should not be thrown away until our further instruction, we may arrange to collect the product.

Unless otherwise stipulates by law, the original order’s shipping fee and taxes, if any, are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in original, new and resalable condition. If by any chance the returned items have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn or altered, refund will not be processed and items will not be returned to the Customer.

Other Conditions

  • No exchange service is available for purchased made through the Website
  • Items purchased at HOM stores cannot be returned or exchanged online
